Trying to make a inapp purchase but it won’t work

As mentioned in this resource, "If you tried these steps and you still can’t remove your last payment method, or if you’re unable to remove a payment method, contact Apple Support."

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not being able to make a purchase with your Apple Gift Card. To be able to use your gift card, you will have to either confirm or edit your current payment information. If you can not confirm your current payment information, you may need to Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
