Problem with ICLOUD

Hello, I hope you're well
I use a lot of products of apple and im statisfied.
I'm student and my brother finance me for studing.
One day he bought me an IPAD PRO 2020, 4th gereation , 1tb, 12.9 inch.
He bought for me in hands of other people, not directly in Apple.
When he came where I study and brought Ipad with himself, I saw that ipad has a icloud problem.
Ipad has icloud of other man that i don't know, how can i solution this problem, please help me.

Activation Lock is designed to prevent anyone else from using your device if it's ever lost or stolen.

About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support


Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner. If the previous owner cannot or will not remove the lock, then the device is useless to you or anyone else. Try to get a refund (through eBay) or dispose of the device properly. In the future, see the 'Check for Activation Lock before you buy a device from someone else' section in:
