App Store Connect (AKAuthenticationError error 70-19)

Hi there, I’m Wellington, I’m new in the community and It’s a pleasure to be here.

I’ve been trying to open App Store Connect few days ago but I couldn’t and I have seen the same problem constantly as it does not have a understandable explanation online sp I would like to know if someone has been in the same situation and how to fix it?
