I am using iphone se 1gen with ios 14.7.1 and i am facing heating issue

Start here:

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

Note: if the phone gets too hot to touch, it should not be used and should be checked:

Apple - Find Locations
