Transfer Telegram to the iCloud

How to make Telegram transfer all its files that are currently available to the iCloud storage and not save them to the phone storage? At the moment, I have allowed Telegram to use iCloud storage, but as can I see, he does not put anything there. Are there any options to manually transfer them there leaving Telegram workable?
