I want to use mobile data to back up to iCloud.I don’t have any access to a wifi connection

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Sorry no. A wifi connection is mandatory to automatically backup your iPhone to iCloud, and/or to update iOS.

Mobile data is sometimes faster the wifi. You don’t need wifi to back up your iCloud. Just use your mobile data. Hope this helps.
