Downtime question -after midnight on weekends?

Hi... I'm trying to set downtime for my child's iphone to be 11pm-6:30am on school nights (Sunday through Thursday nights) and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights (weekend). Does after midnight Friday count as Saturday? Is it a 24 hour clock? In other words, should the weekly schedule be as follows:

M- 11pm-630am

T- 11pm-630am

W- 11pm-630am

Th- 11pm-630am

F- nothing

Sat- 1am-630am

Sun- 1am-630am

Or should it be:

M- 11pm-630am

T- 11pm-630am

W- 11pm-630am

Th- 11pm-630am

F- 11pm-630am

Sat- 1am-630am

Sun- 1am-630am

Or other?

Our pleasure! It should looks something like this in order to achieve what it seems you'd like to do.

"Sunday :11:00PM - 6:30AM" that way it allows for bed time Sunday night. If you look at the set up box, you should see "From" on the top and it will say Sunday 11:00PM and then on the bottom you should see "To" and that should say "Monday 6:30AM".

The "To" section should always say the next morning so that will cover the night before and the morning of.

You'll set it up the same way for Sunday -Thursday and then set Friday - Saturday as "1:00AM- 6:30AM".

Thanks for the reply! After thinking about it more, I'm actually more confused though. If I want a bedtime (downtime) begining at 1am for Friday/Saturday nights, and 11pm bedtime (downtime) for Sunday through Thursday nights, I'm not sure it can work. For example, I can't put 1am-630am downtime for Sunday (Saturday night overnight), and then also have an 11pm downtime for Sunday night (school night prior to Monday) since you can't have two different downtimes scheduled for same day?

M- 11pm-630am
T- 11pm-630am
W- 11pm-630am
Th- 11pm-630am
F- none
Sat- 1am-630am (really Friday night overnight)
Sun- 1am-630am (really Saturday night overnight)...(Sunday night needs to be 11pm as well in prep for Monday))

Screen Time is a great feature, especially for the little ones! After midnight would be considered the next day so your second schedule would more than likely be the correct way to set it up so that it is down during the time your child is suppose to be asleep.

T- 11pm-630am
W- 11pm-630am
Th- 11pm-630am
F- 11pm-630am
Sat- 1am-630am
Sun- 1am-630am
