Someone has blocked my iPhone

Hello. I am the victim of a cheating. A unknown men ask me a favour to check his iCloud. After I was entered and he sow that it’s done he change the password and ask me money to give me the current password.

Can you help me? What information do I sent to you? I have the phone and the box if it’s necessary to confirm that I am the owner of the phone. And I have recently change the phone so this IPhone X was until yesterday on my Apple ID.

Checklist: If you want to see if anyone else has access to your device or accounts  *


If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device.    -


You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
