Hello OwenBarr05,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are wanting to allow tracking for the App Store. We would love to provide you support on this.

Some apps ask to track your location and at that moment you can allow or deny. If you deny the app to track your location you can change it later to allow the app to track your location by going to Settings > Privacy > Tracking tap to turn off or turn on permission to track for apps. If that setting is already enabled and you want to allow a specific app to track you can scroll down and turn on tracking for the individual app.

If your question is asking about location services for some apps you can go to Settings > Privacy> Location Services > turn on Location Services if it is off, and for an individual app scroll down in the same section to the desired app (App Store) and select it and select your desired option of tracking.

These resource will guide you:

Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

About privacy and Location Services in iOS and iPadOS

Thank you for allowing us to support you.

Have an awesome and productive day!
