Cannot swipe up on Apple Watch series six

I couldn’t find my previous attempt to get an answer so I am reposting, sorry.
I hadn’t been able to swipe up on my series 6 watch. This happened randomly. Had it poked at and sent off to repair. Of course they couldn’t replicate. The “genius” in the store told me I must be swiping incorrectly 😖.
I found the answer on YouTube. In Accessibility setting on both the watch and phone, the Zoom feature must be turned OFF!
That is it. So easy but so frustrating with Apple Services and the way I was treated. 👎🏼
