I have used article HT204567 after clicking on side bar power off comes in and then if i press and hold dial button it goes back to the main screen again

Watch Series 3 is not paired to my new iPhone, not available on icloud
Following are the steps:
To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
