Unblock an IPhone 12 pro

Hello. My friend accidentally blocked his iPhone 12 Pro after incorrect password a couple of times. He has MacBook. How can he solve this problem (unblock his phone)? He is in Ukraine now in Kyiv and here are no official Apple office.
