We are happy to help with the issue you are having with your MacBook Pro battery not charging. We see you came from About battery health management in Mac notebooks. Does your MacBook turn on?
We recommend you try a different outlet and a different port on your computer to see if that changes anything. You might also want to try a different charging cable if possible, or a test your cable on another MacBook. You can take it in to a service location near you to test. Find Locations here.
You can also Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac and see if that provides you with information about your battery.
