ipad not showing entire page

Started using a new clinic software and my ipad will not show the entire page to get to the area “send to clinic”. Software works fine on my iphone. Any suggestions?

This site is difficult to navigate. In need to set up an appointment to have my new phone looked at at the Apple Store at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila Washington So frustrated just trying to set up a genius appointment. I thought this was a chat with someone at Apple.

Unable to add emergency contacts under the Medical ID tab? On my new iPhone 14Plus I am unable to add emergency contacts in the Medical ID tab. I have added my medical information but cannot access the place to add my emergency contacts. Can I enter it somewhere else on my phone?

The clinic software may have been written for an iPhone but not an iPad. Same iOS operating system but different specifications.
