ipad not showing entire page

Started using a new clinic software and my ipad will not show the entire page to get to the area “send to clinic”. Software works fine on my iphone. Any suggestions?

The clinic software may have been written for an iPhone but not an iPad. Same iOS operating system but different specifications.
