how to switch off iPhone 7 camera shutter sound ?

I tried to enable the silent mode but didn’t solve it also tried turn the music sound down but didn’t work!

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Live mode is really a very short video. Go to Settings > General > About> Model Number. If it is showing something like A2342 tap on that number and it will change to something like MG953JA/A. If it has JA in it then it was a phone made for the Japanese marker and you cannot suppress the shutter sound.
