Unauthorized charges

I wish this problem can be resolved as a matter of urgency, I applied for two facilities; 50GB capacity that cost R14,99 every and another facility which I can remember but cost me R59,99 I think it’s Apple Music something.


Yes I don’t have any problem with the above to deduct on my Cheque account BUT now I see an extra R194,99 which says it’s a Card purchase whom I don’t know, as I have never ever bought anything with my card, Can I ask for assistance in this matter please

Carolyn, it hasn't been called Apple Discussions in a long time. You need to switch to Apple Support Communities. And Apple Community Specialists do respond to questions that go unanswered for a period of time (say 12 - 24 hours).
