forgot screentime password

ok so i was dumb and made a screen time password for myself. i can bypass it on apps but i can’t change certain contacts because of “downtime contacts” when i go to type in the password and it doesn’t work, there’s no “forgot password?” button, it only says however many attempts it’s been. it’s at like 8 or 9 attempts now and i don’t know what to do. i can’t even change my own contact or my family’s. please help
