activation lock
How do I get the activation lock disabled? I know my email and password is correct, but it still won't allow me to log in!

To get around Activation Lock you will need the Apple ID and Password used to set up the device. Without that information you will not be able to use the iPad. If you are the original owner and have forgotten that info, perhaps this link will help...

If you still can't get past the lock, the only way Apple will help is if you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number.
