I can't get my MacBook pro (11.1) to recognize the Ion EZ Vinyl Converter. When I select the icon the message I receive is EZ Vinyl Converter needs to be updated. (The developer of this app, yada yada yada). Any suggested fixes from anyone so they can download vinyl to iTunes? thank you!

I suggest that you look on the Audacity web site. You would create your music files using usb connection between turntable and computer then add resulting file to the music app.
