Disabled Ipad

I have an ipad that somehow got disabled. the first screen says "iPad is disabled connect to iTunes".

How do i connect to i tunes when i can't get into the iPad?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
