Apple Watch Series 3 Part of touch screen unresponsive

So, the lower left portion of the touch screen is unresponsive on my Apple Watch series 3. Any complications that are on the lower left will not work. It doesn’t matter which one I put there, nothing works in that location. I can’t stop workouts as the stop button is located on the bottom left. I have tried restarting, unpairing from my phone and re-pairing again, basically everything that I can find on any forum but nothing works. Any advice anyone can give that doesn’t include forcing a shut-down, unpairing, etc., is welcome. Thanks in advance.
