The below is what I am looking for:
A planning structure depicting long term goals and progress
for example 5 year planning or 3 year planning
so I am expecting some templates in numbers which can help me doing that.
Need to explain more. "Goal setting" can be a wide range of things. Can you point us toward an example of what you mean by "goal setting"?
