how can you retry a payment that has been declined
Is there a way to make hob max retry the card that's on file for the payment to go through so I can continue to download apps and games.

If your payment has been declined, you'll want to follow these steps: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
If it's still declining, it's also a good idea to check with your bank to make sure they're not declining the transactions on their end.
