macbook is not starting

See this Apple article:

Make sure to also disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem. Also make sure you are using the correct or larger Apple charger to ensure the laptop is receiving enough power.

If this doesn't help, then have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine your laptop as it may need repaired.

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

Have Apple look into this. Start by contacting Apple***, and request that a Genius Bar Appointment be Reserved. You would take this to your Local Apple Store, during which the battery and all other necessities would be looked at.
