Hi all, i don’t get any audio when using map navigator with Car play, any idea about the reason? I have an iphone 12 mini (latest IOS VERSION) and the car is a range rover from dec 2020.any idea about the reason?

In this case can you test using a different cable? We would also recommend checking for any updates for your vehicle as well.

Is this happening over Bluetooth or a hardwired connection?
If you pair the iPhone with another vehicle, do you know if the issue continues?

Hi Dave, i am trying with a wired connection. I also followed all the steps suggested in the article you shared. The strange thing is that all the other iPhone functionalities like phone, sms, etc are working fine and i get the sound. Can you please advise on what i can do to fix it?
