I canceled a subscription back on July 15th when it took out $55.10 out of my account now the same subscription came out of my account again for $42.39 i demand to speak to someone about this.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
