Small purple dots in bottom right of iPhone 12 Pro screen

I noticed these small purple dots appear in the bottom right side of my screen a few weeks ago. They have got a little bigger over the past month but not by much. Everything on the phone works, but they are annoying. Any idea of what the problem is and how I can fix it?
