Upgrading storage amount
Why is it not letting me upgrade my storage, it’s the right log in details etc but it’s saying it’s currently unable to complete

You cannot upgrade the amount of storage on your phone. It wall always have the amount of storage it came with. You can buy space in iCloud Apple's synching service. The only way to gain space on the phone is to delete photos, messages, apps, etc.. Be sure to back-up important photos and data to your computer or an external drive. Check these links...
