my apple watch wont let me set up celullar, my iphone has a super drug carrier and when i go watch>mobile data the set up data is a grey colour instead of a orange one it wont let me press it either

i have a series 3 cellular+gps
Super Drug doesn't support the apple cellular watch,it runs off the back of the Three network who also don't support the cellular watch.
