I have Iphone 12 Pro Max since I had updated to iOS version 14.7. Just recently I had cutting off during taking on the phone, is anyone have the same issue? I using WIFI at home. What had cause this to happened?

It is hard to determine the exact cause of what is causing this to occur. Has this happened with more than one contact? Does it occur in multiple locations or is it isolated to one? In all honestly, the issue could be either environmental, software or hardware related. If it's a persistent issue, you might want to connect with Apple Support so they can remotely test your iPhone to see if there are any hardware issues picked up for your cellular connection.

Thanks for the responded, unfortunately your answered isn't help the problem. I had been cutting off during my conversation on the phone twice, that was the issue. I hope to get answer on what had cause it, and wanted to know how fix it to preventing this to happen again. My iphone is up to date on iOS version 14. 7. 1, also my iphone got the full strength of signal before it had happened, have anyone got the same issue about this?

Oops, I just realizing that I had posted a while ago back about the issue of strange sound on my AirPods ( 2nd generation ) while I pick up to answering a called, not the iPhone. Do you know what had cause that? Hopefully you can answering on this issue as well. Thank you!
