an email with a password reset does not come to my email

If you have secondary authentication for your Apple ID The password reset is probably going to your rescue/alternate email. You can try to see if you can reset the password by answering your security questions instead or by turning on two factor authentication.

If you have two factor authentication on for your Apple ID you do not get an email to reset it.
