I tried to download Apple TV App and the version would not load on my TV. I have also tried to do screen mirroring with my Iphone 11, but it doesn't seem to work either (cannot figure out why, but its something with the TV). How to download Apple TV App on my Sony Bravia XBR-65X850D? Or screen mirror?

You need to reach out to Sony and see if the TV you own supports Apple TV+. Not all TV's do, especially, if they are a few years older. Also to mirror, your TV would need to Support AirPlay 2, again something some older TVs don't support. Sony should be able to help you figure this out.
