Activity and name

I recently purchased an Apple Watch and it is using Elaine as my name in Activities. I’m not aware of any reason why Elaine was chosen. How can I change it to my own name? Thanks

apple watch activity name change the name of my apple watch (series 1) is Paul's apple watch. It is in the section of watch app on iPhone under my watch, general, name. However when I reach an activity goal the watch calls me charles (not my watch name). The only Charles in my contacts is my insurance agent under the insurance name. And the next day after I reach a goal, my watch calls me charles and wishes me success the next day. How to I fix this to be my name and not Charles???
