Hi there,

I have recently trying to play the section “For You” and every time I try to do so it goes off. I wonder why?

Apple Music app keeps crashing How do I resolve the problem I am having with Apple Music App, it keeps crashing every time I try and open it. i have deleted the app and uploaded again and the same issues happens. i have seen a quick tip and trued that and still nothing. Since I have deleted the app I am not seeing my music that I have downloaded. Even with a double tap on the home button the app is open but I cannot do anything:( its soooo frustrating.

Apple Music app freezes when selecting songs while another song is playing. I am on Day 2 of a 3 month trial of Apple Music. I did not use this app before yesterday but I have used it many times since then, to select songs for download. I continually encounter a problem when I select a song to play while another song is already playing. Instead of the new song starting to play, nothing happens. From that point, I cannot select any other song and cannot select Next song. The only way to recover is to exit the app and reopen it. Is there any way to stop this happening? I can live with it while there is a free trial but after that I don’t think so.
