Child is not able to use Memoji when Screentime is enabled and she is in the “restricted” time window, even though Messages is “always allowed”. This is a problem that seems to have been going on for months with no fix from Apple. Is that right?
iPad, iPadOS 14
Updated from 14.7.0 to 14.7.1 and it is working. Not sure if it was the OS or if the restart was the trick.

If nothing there helps go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support.
