not enough balance

apple music expired yesterday, because of´´not enough balance´´ on my payment method. even though i have enough money for paying

Apple Support Communities is a great place for help! If you’re being prompted that there isn’t enough available balance it sounds as though you being prompted that your payment method was declined. If so, you can find helpful information on how to resolve this issue in the following article. 


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


If you’re only being prompted that there isn’t enough balance do you recall using a gift card or Apple ID balance to pay for your subscriptions? Although a credit card would need to be associated to your account, your Apple ID balance would be used to pay for subscriptions before the card would be charged. If you need additional assistance reaching out to Apple would be the right next step. You can find their contact details via the Get Support website.
