Are you returning a recently bought item? Or is this for a repair or trade in?

If you're returning something you bought, take a look at Returns & Refunds. Per the U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy, "Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it."

We would suggest checking the return policy for your location and if you're missing required items to complete a return or have any follow up questions, to contact Apple Support directly.

Check out How to prepare your Mac for Apple Trade In. You'll want to pack your device using the included packaging materials for the trade in. If you're missing packaging materials or information, we'd suggest contacting Apple Support.
