why am I getting this screen message & what should I do?

Thank you very much for your help, I reinstalled mac OS Catalina & error was solved. It is really help fun to have this forum.
running macOS Catalina, all functions shut down with messag on screen mac OS Utilities reinstall mac OS catalina or use time manching backup or go to community for help or use disk utility to repair
