Morphing one person into another (transition)

Will FCP7 allow me to create the effect of one persons face morphing into another persons (kind of like that Michael Jackson video - BLACK AND WHITE)? Just curious. Thanks.

Take individual images of each person's face and import into Motion as image sequence. Slow the time of the image sequence down then apply optical flow retiming to fake a morph.
