Change Billing Address in iTunes Account

How do I change my billing address in iTunes Account. I already updated my Apple Card in my iPhone a few months ago, yet my old address still shows up on my subscription receipts from Apple. All the answers out there don't work. Why is this so hard?

Should I just remove my Apple Card from the account and add it back?

To change this information in the iTunes Store, select Account, go to the Apple ID Summary section, then select Payment Information. In a web browser, go to https://appleid.apple.com. In the Payment & Shipping section, click Edit. Enter a new payment method, billing address, or both.

HI, make sure you make a back up before you so this.

First of all make sure that your country and time zone is correct. If not, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases.
  3. Tap View Account. ...
  4. Tap Country/Region.
  5. Tap Change Country or Region.
  6. Tap your new country or region, then review the Terms & Conditions.

Now try it again. If it still wont work, i suggest you sign in from icloud do a reset, set up your phone as a new one and not from a backup and see. Hopefully one of the methods should work. Good luck.

I had the same issue. I had changed my address everywhere with Apple I could think of but then noticed my old address under Billed to on my statements. I went to the Payment Info in Apple Music (as well as Books, App Store, and appleid.apple.com) with all the same result where I could not edit my billing address. In fact, on the web site, it showed me my old address under billing address but my new address under shipping. The billing section was not editable.

What I finally did was delete all my credit cards in my Account (note that you have to have at least one if you're the primary account in Family Sharing), and then go back and add them. Since the Apple Card had my new address for billing, it seems to have pulled that into my Account when I added that back. Note that I had to add the Apple Card back via the Apple Card in Wallet, where it says, "Make Default at Apple."

I hope that helps.
