How to report a iphone that is not on my Apple ID
I am the original purchaser and I have the receipt and serial/imei. The phone got stolen in transit, how can report it ?
If it was being shipped, contact the shipper.
If it was being shipped new from Apple, and is not marked as delivered, you may wish to contact Apple too. getsupport.apple.com
