Iphone 12 pro max notification sound issue

Hi,

Does anyone else have a problem with no sound/tone for notifications not coming through. I get the screen banner but nothing else

Ensure that you Do Not have the Silent Switch (On the top left side of your iPhone) set to ON.
Ensure that you Do Not have Do Not Disturb set to ON.
