Iphone 12 pro max notification sound issue

Hi,

Does anyone else have a problem with no sound/tone for notifications not coming through. I get the screen banner but nothing else

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

  • Ensure that you Do Not have the Silent Switch (On the top left side of your iPhone) set to ON.
  • Ensure that you Do Not have Do Not Disturb set to ON.
