Overlapping subscriptions

I am trying to change my region as I moved from the US to Europe, and some "local" apps are not available on the US app store. But I have quite a few overlapping subscriptions, which seems to make this very difficult. Most of them are yearly ones, and don't expire at the same time (not even close); if I wanted to wait out while all of them expire, I wouldn't be able to use some of them for months, which is really inconvenient because I need some for work (like Office, but then also iTunes match, and a lot of iPad apps.).

I tried to search for this but couldn't find: is there a way to end and restart all subscriptions at the same time? How? I'm sure this is something a lot of people who move have an issue with...

Thank you, Niel. Just for anyone else who is trying to do this: I may not have found the right staff to chat with, but they had a very hard time understanding what I wanted, and then suggested I cancel each of them and request a refund (in which case I would not have to wait until they expire). This is still considerably more work (having to do the request for every single app/subscription separately, with an explanation for each) than seems reasonable to me, but then maybe I'm just too lazy...
