You should be able to with your device according to this document: Apple TV app - Devices - Apple. Try unplugging your TV for 1 minute and plug it back gain.
If this doesn't do the trick, unplug your TV and your-Wi-Fi router (in that order), and replug your Wi-Fi router, wait for 5 minutes or so (I'm on the safe side here as it could be a lot quicker) and then replug your TV.
