Given iMac port configs, I know of no way to daisy-chain them in Target Display Mode. However, even to use one iMac as an external monitor, you must have the right iMac and the right Macbook Pro.
The iMac must be 2009-2010 (27-inch only); 2011-MID 2014 (21.5- and 27-inch) and running no higher macOS than OS 10.13 "High Sierra."
The MacBook Pro must be 2019 or older and cannot be running any higher macOS than mac OS 10.15 "Catalina."

Very likely not as Target Display Mode is dead however read the Target Display Mode link you were provided. Please remember Macs are computers and were never intended to be external displays for other devices. Even when Target Display Mode worked (it was not very reliable) I have never heard of using 2 as external displays.
IMHO you would be wise to 1) see how many external displays your MBP supports and 2) if it supports 2 then to buy yourself 2 external displays. The advantage is it will work, is more reliable and likely less expensive than wasting time and money on cables that will end up not working anyhow.
