On my mbp in catalina 10.15.7 the privacy symbol shows up when booting slowing down my web page loading

Why does the privacy symbol show up as I boot up? This slows down the loading of pre-chosen web pages.

MacOS Catalina Security & Privacy Window Keeps Appearing at Logon/Startup Every time I login, whether it is at startup or just logging in again, the Security & Privacy dialog shows up with full disk access highlighted. However, there are no new programs that are unchecked in the list. This is happening on two different computers, 2018 Mac Mini and a new 2019 MacBook Air with the latest version of Catalina installed on both. Is there any way to see what program is triggering the dialog to open, even if it's not appearing in the list in the dialog? Once I close the dialog, it does not appear for the rest of the session.

System Preferences I recently installed Catalina 10.15.7 on my MacBook Pro. Now my Security and Privacy Preference Pane will not load. Any help greatly appreciated.

Cant access security & privacy on my MacBook Pro EVERTIME I go into system preferences I cant get into security and privacy I get a drop down error message that says could not load security & privacy pane on my MacBook Pro 💻 running Catalina 10.15.4 please can someone help me out many thanks
