You canceled me on apps and iTunes wrongly when I caught someone using my credit card for apps that I never purchased and I would like you to correct this immediately so I may use the App Store once again

How do I correct this matter

Helping to find an answer My credit card was used fraudulently someone purchased Apple TV I cancelled that card and have been issued with a new one, but since it happened my iTunes and App Store have been disabled I don’t understand why as it was not my fault
