two apple watches one apple id

Need help and Apple support can’t answer and send me link to here. We have a single Apple ID jointly to link my hospital appointments, and I’m disabled, we both have an iPhone each, and we have one iPad between us. We are wanting to have a watch each to track steps, sleep, heart rate etc.

is it possible to have two watches to one ID, my phone link to my watch, wife’s phone link to wife’s watch.

is that is possible will it keep my wifes watch details in her health app, and mine separate in my health app, OR will it get confused that the single Apple ID has two sources of date coming in and will get confused?? Any help please

We have a single Apple ID jointly to link my hospital appointments,

Why is that? Do you need to both have the same upcoming appointment alerts that you get from your Calendar app?

If that's the case you both should have your own Apple ID and then in Calendar have a shared calendar that will alert both of you to any shared appointments or events. Then you both will get the alerts via your Watches.
