Yesterday we bought our first Apple TV device. I created a child account for my toddler so he can have his own section to watch shows. He has no personal Apple device. How can I create a Memoji or select a photo/avatar for his profile?

We understand that you created an Apple ID for your child to use with your Apple TV and would like to change their profile picture but they do not have an Apple ID signed into the account to do this from. We'd be happy to help.
Follow the steps in Change your Apple ID profile picture on iCloud.com to update their photo. And here's some more information about how to Manage and use your Apple ID if you ever need to change other information for the account.
