What to Try:

I. Troubleshoot SIRI:

To Enable Siri: Turn Siri on or off - Apple iPhone 7 Plus - Support - Sprint

If Siri Won't Connect: If Siri or "Hey Siri" isn't working - Apple Support

Once Siri Connects: Use Siri on all your Apple devices - Apple Support
